With economic development, international and domestic competitive pressures increasing each enterprise. China’s state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are faced with great opportunities and challenges. In order to continue the development of enterprises, the need to constantly expand their business, enhance the comprehensive strength. In this process, the company often face a series of challenges, such as the level of management can not keep up the pace of development, the overall efficiency of personnel and the overall quality is generally low, based on this point enterprises need to establish a scientific and effective performance management system, the purpose is to improve enterprise management level, improve organizational and individual performance levels, breaking the bottleneck of the enterprise with international standards. Competition is the competition of the high-tech modern enterprise and management innovation, if the company can focus on management innovation, enterprise performance management system is established, when the management of innovation into one, then the effect of this system is bound to do more with less.Based on the study YJ Group performance management system, the first method of literature review, a number of related literature review on the management of innovation and performance management, and the management of the Group’s innovation system YJ introduced and analyzed under the management of the Group’s current innovation system YJ performance management system existing problems. Then according to the actual development of YJ Group, combined with its management innovation system, with performance evaluation tools, to develop OER for organizational development and performance management system for personal assessment of360-degree performance appraisal system. Finally, related strategies to promote this system.This study is critical to the development of YJ Group, if effectively implemented will solve YJ Group inefficient staff development and management level is not high status, sustainable and stable development of YJ Group escort. Also can provide valuable references for the development of performance management in a similar enterprise management innovation.
