At present, the domestic insurance industry has introduced the concept of marketing channels for the king to segment customer target group-based, professional management for the direction of the deepening of the channel construction, the implementation of exclusive, standardized channel model, create specialized sales channel development system, the channel has become an important means of winning the competition in the insurance market.China United Property Insurance Company Inner Mongolia Branch has been established for ten years. It has the employee direct, personal agents, professional agents, and industry to divide business sales channels. With the development and growth of the customer base of the company’s business scale, branch has such a broad definition of the way no longer meet the existing channel sales model. The company’s channel business is not conducive to the maintenance and expansion. As the increasing competition among the industry body, in the past two years, the company has weak business growth, including weak sales and short board. Weak sales are mainly in the lack of scientific sales system construction and planning. At meanwhile, sales channel development is also seriously lagging behind. Therefore, building sales channels and development requirements of today’s property and casualty insurance industry are very incompatible. Company is currently not able to manage well between services and customers. At the same time, the stable sale channel and team management are relevantly weak. The dispersion of the business will be seriously affected when they lost the budgets during the expending period in first few years. Therefore, the reform is to promote sales channels that we conform to industry change channels, into the development of the industry tide, the inevitable choice to enhance their competitiveness.To further explore and research at company sales channels, company optimizes channel construction company management system to enhance the company’s core competitiveness. This article from the definition of insurance sales channels, classification start, and the introduction of advanced domestic and international insurance practices and experience the main sales channel mode.
