With the introduction of the insurance regulations after the reform,it means that China's insurance industry will enter a new stage.The main insurance competition,to occupy the market,improve market share,brand competition has become the focus of competition in the insurance company,in this context,it has important practical significance to study on the marketing channel of H property insurance company.Sales channel construction is the H property insurance company to change the management idea,the important construction projects to enhance the sales ability,even if the channel has been formed,but the channel business development is slow,serious channel conflict,channel construction also has great development potential and space.In order to strengthen channel construction company,the company's overall development strategy as the guiding ideology,the scientific development of sales channels as the starting point,the combination of theory and practice,the integrated use of channel management theory and other disciplines of knowledge,learn from the current insurance marketing channel theory,some successful experience of foreign property insurance field study,summed up H is more suitable for the development of the property insurance company sales channels.The full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction: the background and significance of the research,the research ideas,contents,methods and research status at home and abroad are introduced.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of insurance sales service system.There are mainly the meaning of sales service system,research value,sales channel management theory,customer service research,etc..The third chapter is the H property insurance company sales situation analysis.Including the status quota of H property insurance company and the general situation of the company mainly sales channels,through the present situation of the main sales channel analysis,obtained for each channel: employees sell the concept behind the personal agent system is not perfect,professional intermediary market,agents and industry management system is not perfect,H,inadequate use of electronic commerce the business system is not perfect.The fourth chapter is the study on the transformation strategy of sales channels of H property insurance company.Of each channel come from the third chapter,draw the corresponding solutions: improve employees direct sales channel construction,standardize the individual agent sales channels,standardizeconstruction development professionals,insurance agents and industry channels,accelerate the development of the network of sales channels,promote the diversification of the insurance sales channels,to the transformation of the construction of marketing channel of H property insurance company.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,the central concept made the summary to the full text summary.
