Food and agriculture is the important pillar of the national economy in China.Since the reform and opening, with the constant acceleration of China’s economic development and consumption rising, China’s food industry is developing very rapidly and expands unceasingly and it has attracted more and more attention of people from all walks of life.But in its rapid development at the same time, food scandals and crises in this industry have taken up in endlessly, some crisis which are related to people’s life closely are exposed.Problems which are concerned with food safety have appeared frequently. Many enterprises have plunged into crisis. R companies ignore the corporate social responsibility and crisis management, for a long time in "clenbuterol" after the incident, failed to take effective measures to cope with the situation which have led to the spread of affairs.The purpose of this study is to study deeply and analyse the present situation,problems and causes of the management of crisis and try to offer advice for R company to strengthen the management of food crisis,taking the "clenbuterol" event as an example.R company’s crisis management system should take the enterprise development strategy as the core,and put the crisis management mechanism into the enterprise strategic management, organization and resources of the whole big system to set up perfect the social responsibility mechanism, crisis education mechanism, management early warning mechanism, crisis response mechanism and rehabilitation recovery mechanism and so on.Enterprise crisis management can be incorporated into the daily business management. First,establish social responsibility mechanism.Formulates plans for the development of corporate social responsibility strategy and improve the working mechanism of corporate social responsibility daily, and promote corporate social responsibility in daily work to promote the evaluation and improvement of social responsibility performance.Second establish the mechanism of crisis education.Enterprise leadership should establish a strong sense of crisis,and educate employees on crisis management, The enterprise should carry out the corresponding crisis management education training;Third establish an early warning system for the management.Establish the enterprise crisis management team, an effective early warning work plans and procedures and active implementation of crisis control in advance.Keep in touch with each stakeholder communication;Fourth establish a crisis response mechanism.Immediately start survey assessment,and quickly show sincere attitude to guide the public opinion, with the aid of external authority.Offer to correct errors;Fifth create a recovery mechanism,and restore image, summing up experience and lessons to promote the development of enterprises as soon as possible.
