Food is the essential object by which human beings could survive and develop.In our daily life, food security directly affects our body health and safety for life.Nevertheless, in recent years, food safety accident is happening in many countriesacross the world. From the Big-Head baby to Stone Gate event, none of these havenot arouse social attention. Due to uncertainty about when and where food safetycrisis breaks up, single enterprise security crisis would flare up into public crisiswhich should affect the whole society. Once that happens, it will be able to extend itsside impact. How handle it is the matter of vital importance for enterprise and evenfor social stability. So this matter, food security, is a trail of enterprise’s reparteeability.Based on the fruit of the gained research, the aim of this paper is to discuss crisismanagement strategy with the key point of social hot problem---food security. Thispaper will come to a conclusion on the base of the following researches:The researchand comparison among diplomatic enterprise crisis management.The deficiency anddefect that exist in building the system of food safety crisis management in the foodcompanies.Analyzing and comparing the case of Sanlu Group, Huangshanghuang andKFC.From above, point out the crisis management deficiencies, and conclude andrefine the successful strategies, in an attempt to enhance the enterprise manager’sguidance when enterprise handle crisis, prefer management system and makeenterprise take the rout of sustained development.
