Housing industry as the material carrier of people living in the third industry occupies an important position in national economy. New-type urbanization brings broad development space for housing industry and also put forward higher requirements. On the background of the new-type urbanization, it has important practical significance for housing industry to adapt to the new trends,improve their development, serve the new-type urbanization and the people. Under the traditional ideas of urbanization, indeed the level of urbanization has been significantly improved, but people also come to understand that there have been many serious problems such as extensive use of land resources, irrational industrial structure, the ecological environment deterioration and so on. We are trying to pull away from the past development model, efforts to resolve historical issues, plan for the future, and achieve the new road of urbanization that jointly promote the quantity and quality, social, economic, ecological coordinated development.This article analyzes the housing industry development present situation and the main problems in Beijing on the basis of the research and theory at home and abroad. And then discusses the influence mechanism that new-type urbanization told housing industry in population, economy and industry, analysis the correlation between the two variables with the help of SPSS statistical software. Through principal component analysis of the urbanization development level influence factors, found that the third industry investment in fixed assets, urban fixed-asset investment, urban resident population and per capita disposable income of the load of the principal component is higher, confirmed the scientific of theoretical analysis. Through principal component analysis of the housing industry development level influence factors, found that the residential development investment, residential sales price, completed residential area and residential sales area of the load of the principal component is higher, confirmed the targeted to analyze the current situation of the development of housing industry in this four aspects. Take the level of housing industry development value as the dependent variable and the level of urbanization development value as the independent variable, then get the regression equation about the two variables, confirmed the existence of significant linear correlation between the two variables, predict the trend of the development of the two variables. In the end, put forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide the reference for perfect the development of housing industry, and service in the new-type urbanization better on the background of the new urbanization.
