Research On The Integration Of New Urbanization And Service Industry

As China’s economic slows, it’s urgent to shift the economy structure. Service industries, as the adhesive of the economy, play a vital role in the process of economy restructuring. Meanwhile, China is in the critical period of the development of new-type urbanization. So, coordinating the relationship between new-type urbanization and service industries is crucial for improving the quality of new-type urbanization and promoting the economic development.On the basis of previous theoretical, firstly this thesis presents the concept of integrative development of the new-type urbanization and service industries. Secondly, according to the analysis of development process of China’s urbanization and service industries, the integrative development of China’s urbanization and service industries could be divided into three phases. Afterwards, this thesis, by using gray correlation analysis, analyzes the degree of integrative development of China’s urbanization and service industries by building an evaluation model. According to the result, the demarcation of integrative development of China’s urbanization and service industries should be testified. Then, this thesis finds out problems, as well as its reasons, by the analysis above in three aspects: the fusion of population, urban function and structure. Finally, some suggestions are offered to promote the integrative development of new-type urbanization and service industries.
