| Since the reform and opening up, China’s urbanization rising fast, a large number of surplus rural labour swarm into big cities. They make an important contribution to the economic development of the city, but at the same time, they bring many serious urbanization quality problems. Too many rural population swan into big cities making these cities face plights of population, environment, resources and social imbalances. These migrant workers don’t share the same pension as urban residents, such as health care, education, employment, housing and other social security and public services. They have a low sense of urban identity and never stay a long time. The decline of total arable land in rural areas and the loss of a large number of farmers restrict agricultural development. Rural hollowing becomes more and more serious, the living situation of people who remain in villages,such as the elderly, women and children is worrisome. Accumulated contradictions and problems of traditional urbanization patterns have become increasingly prominent, which restricts the healthy development of China’s urbanization. It is pressing to change the way of urbanization.The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen party proposed to keep to the new path of urbanization with chinese characteristics, to enhance both the quality and level of urbanization. The new path of urbanization is big and medium-sized cities, small towns and rural communities develop coordinated. It is human-centered, focusing on farmers and covering the countryside. It is useful to get rid of binary structure of urban and rural, to gradually narrow the urban-rural gap, to promote common development and prosperity of urban and rural areas, and to promote a coordinated development between population on the one hand, and the economy, society, resources and environment on the other. To adhere to the new urbanization, it is necessary to based on "three rural" issue, to develop small towns and rural communities, to promote equal exchange of rural and urban elements and equilibristic public resource allocation, in order to realize equality of basic public service in urban and rural areas. Rural tourism, as a new format of integration of agriculture and tourism development, is significant to promote rural economic development, transform and upgrade agriculture and promote the farmers to increase. It is an important means to solve the "three rural" issue in situ urbanization, and helpful to relieve stress of big cities.By studying 1051 national agricultural tourism demonstration sites, this paper find that:(1)we divide rural tourism urbanization into government- dominated and enterprisedominated according to dominance, and new rural tourism synthesis, new rural tourism villages and new rural tourism towns three kinds of propulsion mode.(2) government-dominated rural tourism urbanization model is dominate in China,and enterprise-dominated rural tourism urbanization devepeped rapidly.(3) new rural tourism synthesis is most widely distributed in China,the next widely distributed is new rural tourism villages(4)the distribution of rural tourism destinations is imbalanced, in economically developed areas such as jiangsu, zhejiang, shanghai, and beijing, shanxi,rural tourism is more important to new-type urbanization.In the residents’ perception of jiangxiang Village, rural tourism policy, economic and environment have significant positive influence on the new path of urbanization, while the impact of rural tourism cultural has little effect. Through these discussions, this paper put forward suggestions and advices for increasing farmers’ income, protecting their interests, improving their educational level, developing their entire package, and achieving comprehensive development between rural economy, environment, culture and society, in order to promote healthy and harmonious development of rural tourism urbanization. |
