Research On Housing Demand And Countermeasure Of Migrant Workers Under The Background Of New-type Urbanization

At present, China has entered the crucial stage of economic transformation, it is also acritical period of in-depth development of urbanization. Along with the pace of urbandevelopment，A growing number of rural surplus labor force into the city and constitute themain body ofurban industrial workers. But under the existing urban and rural dual structure,The living condition of migrant workers is still very pool，especially the housing situation.Housing has became one of the most serious problem that have troubled them. With thepromulgation of new-type urbanization，migrant workers whether to better integrate the cityand Realize citizenization，it has Become the core issue of the development of new typeurbanization. Therefore，To solve the housing problems of migrant workers is not only thekey to promote the development of new type urbanization，but alsopushing the needs of thecitizenization of migrant workers.Currently，China’s housing security system of migrant workers is not perfect，the vastmajority of migrant workers were not covered by the urban housing security system，so，itneeds to be lucubrated and analyzed. Nanjing is the second largest city in the Yangtze riverdelta region in China and also one of densely concentrated areas of the migrant workers.Nanjing has symbolic on the housing problems of migrant workers，so we study housingdemand of migrant workers in Nanjing for other domestic urban housing security of migrantworkers has certain reference significance.This article takes China’s new-type urbanization strategy as the research background，system study on housing demand theory and realistic problem of migrant workers andanalysis summary the basic characteristic and the housing demand of migrant workers in Nanjing. And then we explored housing security countermeasures of migrant workers. Thisarticle mainly divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction that mainly introduced the research background，researchsignificance, research methods，content of the main frame and the innovation of this paper；The second chapter is to introduce the research on new-type urbanization and housingsecurity of migrant workers， it has mainly summary analysis the domestic and foreignresearch results and explained the concept of new-type urbanization and migrant workers。Atlast，this chapter analysis the housing safeguard relevant theories；The third analysis on thebasic features of migrant workers in Nanjing hrough on-the-spot investigation，summarizesthe basic situation and housing and working conditions of migrant workers，and finallyanalysis of characteristics of housing demand of migrant workers； The fourth chapteris quantitative analysis about migrant workers’ intention to housing security. First， wedefined migrant workers’ intention to housing security on the basis of the third chapter.Second， we selected factors from the characteristics of migrant workers thatinfluenced intention to housing security. Then，we established contingency table analysis andLogistic regression analysis model to analysis the factors that influenced migrant workers’intention to housing security by using SPSS software.The fifth chapteris about countermeasures for migrant workers’ housing security. First，this chapter expoundsthe basic principles and the specific path of migrant workers’housing security. Second，cameup with supporting measures of Migrant workers’ housing security combined with the aboveresearch and build a model of Comprehensive evaluation on the degree of citizenization. Thispaper argues that the ultimate goal on Migrant workers’ housing security is to improve thecitizenization of migrant workers. In front of the migrant workers’ housing security policy，we should take a full consideration on their degree of citizenization. At last，we shouldformulate housing security policy for migrant workers according to the degreeof citizenization.
