In the past ten plus years, with China’s opening up and rapid economic development. More and more foreign IT consulting services company came to China to invest the company, while the market has created a number of local IT consulting services company. Most of the company was first established in order to take advantage of low-cost advantage to China’s domestic demand for services to the US, Europe and Japan and South Korea enterprises, but with the development of China, the local related IT market is also in rapid growth, many companies will shift their main direction to local enterprises and government departments. In these IT consulting services company in China, many from India, currently the top five Indian IT consulting services company in China have set up their own divisions, and has developed and operated for many years. but after the global financial crisis, these Indian companies have entered into a bottleneck, all aspects of the business have a shrinking trend, with the Indian company in the performance of the international market has formed a huge contrast. Meanwhile the other hand, local companies are using this several years to grow and expand quickly. This article is hoped that through the course of IT companies in China for 10 years of development of the analysis, use the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, STP analysis tools, to find the existing problems that India company marketing strategy in the Chinese market in, and explore the methods and countermeasures to solve the problem of related.
