Using leading proprietary technologies for the production of exceptionally durable products, Trespa also strives to set new higher standards in building, personal life-style and care for the natural world.Trespa has been focused on Europe and are trying to explore oversea market for many years. Inida is one of most dynamic, most potential emerging economics, It remarkable economic development absorb a great deal of global capital. A number of projects including infrastructure projects, public building,electronic information,bio-industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry are booming which would be a unprecedented opportunity for Trespa.A couple of strategic analysis tools are adopted in this thesis such as PEST analysis tools, SWOT analysis tools, five force model as well as the combined marketing theory of4p.the writer try to analyze external and internal environment of Trespa and its opportunity, disadvantage, strength,threat and put forward that the necessity,inevitability as well a urgency to entering India market.meanwhile the writer try to advice the entry model for India market and combination of marketing strategy, brand strategy and client relationship management in the early stage.The combinations of the theory of the marketing strategy and practice, taking the actual status of Trespa into consideration,to provide some feasible proposals for exploration and further development of India market based on the writer’s years of working experience in Trespa.The writer hope to make a contribute to develop India market successfully.
