With the rapid development of information technology, data collection, storage and analysis technology is also gradually perfect. the "big data" has become the hottest topics of current. From national strategy, to our daily life, the value of the data capacity has been highly increased. At present, all kinds of big data related business blowout in the entire company as their main business, how to survive in the fierce competition and sustainable development, become the key problems of the company develop strategy. At present, the CC companies are facing good development opportunity, also facing a lot of challenges. This article analysis both internal and external factors, propose the development plan for strategy scheme, as reference and suggestions for the CC companies’ decision-making.This article based on the analysis of the strategic management theory, using tools such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, analysis of internal and external factor evaluation(IFE/EFE), five competition model analysis tools, trough analyze of CC companies’ internet big data business environment. Understanding the CC company main opportunities and threats in the external environment, by analyzing the CC company internal environment and resource capacity, clear the main advantages and disadvantages of the CC company itself. External opportunities depends on good society, economic and technical environment, national policy support, strong market demand and the huge industry potential, etc.; External threats mainly include the continue cost increasing of data collection and storage, tremendous pressure of competition, the laws and regulations hysteresis, industry bubble is obvious, and so on. The internal advantage mainly lies in the available resources are rich, high team cohesion, cost-effective products, technology research and development ability strong, powerful business partner, etc.; Unknown internal disadvantages including future resource cost, shortage of human resources, rules and regulations is unsound, small scale, weak influence, poor sales. CC company should, therefore, against their external opportunity is greater than the threat, the characteristics of the internal advantages outweigh the disadvantages, formulate the growth of horizontal integration strategy, by having the courage to blaze new trails, actively develop the market, efforts to improve the product’s market share and brand influence, get the scale economic benefit, to realize the rapid development of the enterprise.
