So far,In recent years,under the guidance of relevant state policies,as well aseco-city concept put forward the report to the eighteen ecological civilizationconstruction in a prominent position in the strategic plan,these initiatives make localgovernments gradually accelerate the construction of urban landscape on theagenda,this initiative has greatly promoted the rapid development of the industrylandscape and urbanization lead to the real estate market continues to heat up,it willdrive ancillary garden demand growth,China’s landscaping industry is entering astage of rapid development.In this paper,the method of case studies and interviews,selected DongshengDistrict of Ordos City W landscaping companies to start empirical analysis. Thecompany since its establishment more than10years by virtue of the technical corestrengths in landscaping,management and protection,seedlings,planting flowerssales,landscaping construction,garden shed construction,flowers and gardenmachinery and equipment rental and other fields has made great progress,have acertain market share,but these years,with the internal and external environmentchanges,the strategic management of the company encountered great confusion,and therefore in marketing, human resources and other aspects of businessoperations generated a lot of questions. The main purpose of this study abroadgarden industry by industry characteristics and trends Erdos gardens and operationmode based on the analysis,combined with the actual situation of their W landscapecompany into a detailed strategic environmental analysis,the final formulation of thestrategy has done a study and implementation. First,strategic environmental analysisframework includes macro environment in which enterprise and industrialenvironments in two parts,the macro strategic environmental analysis mainly takenvoting experts to determine the G-PEST method of the key elements; industry environment analysis using the Porter five forces analysis methods,and the use ofCPM matrix of the enterprise itself and its competitors made a detailedassessment of the strength of the last of the garden and then use EFE matrixenterprises are facing opportunities and threats are analyzed. Secondly,mainly fromthe enterprise value chain and its resources and capabilities internal environmentalanalysis. Finally,the analysis of the external environment,including on the basis ofthe use of SWOT matrix for the company to develop an overall strategic landscape,mission, strategic objectives and specific functions. Additionally,this article is WGarden Company developed a strategic implementation of measures on its businessrisk prevention measures were discussed. Significance of this study is that forenterprises,especially enterprises gardens provide theoretical research ideas andpractical guidance.
