WJ Hardware and Tools Co.,Ltd is a typical Stated-owned foreging trade enterprise,dealing in power tools and garden tools export business. It had enjoyed the special policy and protection from the government for long terms. Since China's entry into the WTO, the external and interanl business environment have changed a lot.To survive the impacts from the changes, it started study of strategy reform since 2001 and came out the strategic goal and task. After adopting R&D, Manufacturing, Brand & Channel and Multi-elementss strategie methods, WJ achieved continous and fast growth after strategy reform by end of the period of the 11th five-year-plan.2011 is the beginning of the 12th five-year-plan in China. The world economy is recovering from its deepest recession in the post-financial crisis period.China's s export and import increased significantly in 2010 too.
