Economic development, constantly promoted the development of landscape architecture industry. At the same time it also caused the tremendous pressure on the environment and increased the people’s demand for landscaping. Against this background, a superduper prospect of the landscape industry has become considerably popular and promising. The third plenary session of the eighteenth has proposed the idea of "building a new and beautiful China", thus it can be seen that ecological environment construction has become an important aspect for the sustainable development of national economic development. Garden industry is in rapid development period, a large number of landscape enterprises into the landscape industry, which increased the competition of the industry. Under the new situation, the botanical garden enterprises must fully grasp the macro environment of the market and combine with its advantages, then formulate reasonable sustainable development strategy so that they can adapt to the requirement of the society preferably.In this paper, we study the SH garden company, the few landscape company with the qualifications in Anhui province, a company has initially formed the integration of the nursery stock production, design, construction and maintenance of industrial chain development model, which has strong competitive advantage in this province. But with the deepening of market competition, and the expansion of cross-regional business, enterprises must adopt reasonable overall development strategies and give full play to the advantage of the enterprise to adapt to the demand of the market.A detailed analysis about the company’s external macro environment of SH garden was implemented by using PEST analysis model, besides Michael Porter s Five Forces Model was used to analysis enterprise’s competitive environment, EFE and IFE matrix were also used for comprehensive evaluation of the external and internal environment of the state-owned enterprises. Combined with its own advantages and disadvantages, using the SWOT model to develop the overall development of the enterprise strategy, SH garden company development strategic measures are put forward.
