In the new competitive environment of the market, more and more enterprises provide various kinds of service to customers through taking project as basic business unit so as to evolve to project-oriented company. In specific operation, project-oriented company is featured by specific purpose (objectives such as construction period, cost and quality), uniqueness, time-limited and conditionality. These project-oriented companies are greatly different from traditional enterprises engaging in production and sales of approved products on management and performance evaluation in order to meet requirements of construction period, project cost and project quality. On this basis, in order to achieve performance evaluation of project-oriented company in a scientific way, improve project management and enterprise management level, improve decision quality and realize strategic objective, this paper focuses on disadvantage of traditional project evaluation method, combines characteristics of project-oriented company, uses performance evaluation method of two-dimensional structure organization unit for reference, puts forward index system of performance evaluation based on KPI two-dimensional coefficient and takes project-oriented company of real estate as the object to construct a set of performance evaluation system which is suitable for project-oriented company.In the process of empirical analysis of performance evaluation system put forward in the paper, A Real Estate Company is taken as typical project-oriented company. Key performance indicator (KPI) system of schedule management, quality management and cost management as key success factors (KSF) is established; according to model of two-dimensional performance element, KPI correlation coefficient of function dimension (rj), proportion coefficient of KPI project dimension (wi) are defined and distribution of KPI score in functional department and project team is realized; KPI weight is defined through applying analytic hierarchy process, besides, standard score is preset according to budget standard; through applying critical score method of five grade classification and comparing indicator completion and indicator budget score, actual score coefficient (ski) of KPI project is defined so that performance score of internal organization unit of each dimension is gotten. Finally, A Real Estate Company is taken as a specific case and practical verification of two-dimensional performance evaluation model and evaluation method is completed.The empirical results indicate with the help of performance evaluation method put forward in the paper, through analysis and comparison of standard score, actual score and scoring rate of each evaluation object, comprehensive evaluation of absolute value of contribution for project-oriented company and relative degree of performing duty can be completed more objectively. By this, performance evaluation is completed successfully. Therefore, performance evaluation system of project-oriented company put forward in the paper solves disadvantage of traditional project evaluation method, improves efficiency of performance management of project-oriented company and provides reference to implementation of performance evaluation of increasing project-oriented companies.
