| Performance evaluation is very helpful for a real estate group to know theadvantages or disadvantages of itself. It is also an important basis for establishingcountermeasures of improving performance management of the Group. Moreover, itcan promote sustainable development of a real estate enterprise group.Based on the perspective of stakeholders, the thesis defines the definition ofenterprise group, the real estate enterprise group, and performance evaluation,analyzes theories of stakeholders and performance evaluation, proposes theperformance evaluation method on real estate enterprise group. According to thecharacteristics of the performance of real estate enterprise groups and the basis of theperspective of stakeholder, the preliminary indicator system is constructed. On thebasis of clustering analysis and principal component analysis, the final indicatorsystem of real estate enterprise group is constructed. The thesis formulates the weightsof indicators based on AHP and Variable coefficient, and then it confirms the weightsof evaluation index system of real estate enterprise groups, it also proposes themethod and procedure of comprehensive evaluation of performance of real estateenterprise groups. To illustrate the application of the model and verify the evaluationmodel, case analysis on the real estate enterprise group A is made. In the case, thecountermeasure for the real estate enterprise group A is also made according to theevaluation results. Finally, conclusions of the dissertation are made, the shortage ofthis research is indicated, and new research direction is proposed. |
