| Since the reform and opening up,the electronic assembly manufacturing industry has gradually developed into a pillar industry in many regions,and has always maintained a stable trend,which has been identified as high-tech enterprises by the state in recent years.With the rapid rise of the new era of mobile intelligent terminals initiated by Apple and Samsung,the electronic assembly industry led by Foxconn has been developing in recent years.With the continuous development of market economy,traditional electronic assembly enterprises are committed to exploring a scientific management model suitable for transformation and upgrading.Before this,the performance evaluation system has been widely used in the evaluation and management of business performance,and the balanced scorecard has become a performance evaluation tool for business evaluation in a period of time by covering the financial dimension,business process dimension,customer dimension,learning and growth dimension.The carbon peak and carbon neutralization under the ’ dual carbon ’ policy,the new three distribution policies put forward by the tenth meeting of the central financial committee,and the state’s strict investigation and punishment of the tax evasion behavior of the network red anchor under the pretext of ’ reasonable tax avoidance ’ reflect the current corporate social responsibility.Therefore,it is of great practical value to establish a set of performance evaluation system covering social responsibility for scientific evaluation of advanced manufacturing business performance.From theory to practice,it is of great help to enrich the performance evaluation system of high-tech manufacturing enterprises.This thesis firstly determines the DR electronic enterprises as the research object,the previous literature research is divided into ’ the application of the balanced scorecard in performance evaluation,the research on the determination of the weight of the performance evaluation index,the research on the construction of the comprehensive performance evaluation model ’ three levels,mainly expounds the relevant research on the balanced scorecard and performance evaluation at home and abroad.On this basis,a five-dimensional balanced scorecard covering the dimension of social responsibility is proposed.Based on the current situation of DR company performance evaluation,this thesis points out the shortcomings of DR company performance evaluation,and points out the necessity of building a new DR company performance evaluation system.In the process of building a new evaluation system,using the form of questionnaires,according to the characteristics of DR company,select indicators that can reflect the performance status of DR company,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),establish a set of performance evaluation system for DR company.On this basis,this thesis evaluates the overall performance of DR Company and gives some guarantee measures.This thesis attempts to construct the performance evaluation of electronic assembly enterprises,the purpose is to design a comprehensive and comprehensive performance evaluation system,in order to provide reference for DR company to improve the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation method,and also provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of similar manufacturing enterprises from labor-intensive to high-tech oriented technology enterprises. |
