Based on a series of problems caused by performance evaluation in some ofChina’s enterprises, this paper discussed the human resources management of realestate industry under China’s economic situation by comparing with other industriesand analyzed performance evaluation in human resources management.In this paper, K company was taken as an example. It is a private real estatecompany and it introduced a new performance evaluation plan to provide bettermanagement for its employees. In a company’s management,sales staff is a largegroup and they are always hard to manage but their performance will have a directinfluence on the profit of a company, so this paper focused on studying theperformance evaluation of sales staff. The paper firstly analyzed the status of China’shuman resources management and performance evaluation, then pointed existingproblems and analyzed the solutions. Then it discussed the current situation ofChina’s real estate industry and economic situation of real estate enterprises to analyzethe staff management of the real estate industry.On the basis of analyzing the purpose and method of current performanceevaluation, this paper discussed how to solve the problems with performanceevaluation system in enterprise management and how to improve performanceevaluation. By introducing the management of K company, it analyzed thedevelopment trend of real estate industry, some policies from government and the wayto develop enterprise management with such tense government control. The sales staffof K company play an important role in the company’s management while themanagement of a company cannot live without staff management. This paper willfigure out which kind of performance evaluation is suitable for sales staff, theproblems and disadvantages of such evaluation and how to solve them.
