Research On The Application Of 5S Management In YG Real Estate Enterprises

5S management originated in Japan, is a kind of field management method, earlier Chinese enterprises adopt this management method, successful experience is mainly in the manufacturing industry, the real estate industry basically no use. The implementation of5S can help real estate enterprises to promote their own more concerned about the project cost and schedule control.5S management can improve the real estate enterprise staff quality, enhance the real estate enterprise image, enhance the competitiveness of real estate enterprises.Our company is a small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Yunnan Province, the company was founded in2002, the company’s corporate image better. The company now project problems, using the related5S management theory, analysis of site management of construction site, and puts forward the improvement measures.The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter of introduction, summary of relevant theory. The second chapter, analysis of the status of a real estate enterprise third chapter, the fourth chapter5S Application Research on the company, the fifth chapter conclusion and prospect.Firstly, the basic concept of5S management is discussed in this paper, discusses the relationship between5S and ISO9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001,5S management is the basis of enterprise management. Secondly, according to the site conditions, project, application program design of5S, the implementation steps of PDCA circulation method. Thirdly, according to the requirements of the company goal, the PDCA method is applied to5S management in advance. The focus is on promoting the implementation stage specific finishing, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, rectification.
