Optimization Of Production Management In KH Company

Society today has established a strong competitive development,whilst the economic environment is considered to be insubstantial.The survival environment of small and medium sized enterprises was severely impacted due to lack of financial resources caused by the recession in the last decade.It caused the enterprises difficult to operate due to the increase of employees’ salary and production cost.Despite efforts to sustain a successful enterprise,many were falling into bankruptcy causing many enterprises to feel that they lost competence in their enterprise.The issues that enterprises faced comprised of how to change the enterprise’ structure,reduce the operation costs,improve the competitiveness,seek long term development and realize the maximisation of the profitability.This thesis used KH as a research project company.KH combined with domestic and international theoretical knowledge to critical analyse the problems in the process of production management,including the production planning,quality control,site management,the international logistics issues and so forth.This research crucially analysed on the reason of low efficiency and major waste.The company discussed the improvement plan based on the critical analysis of the problems causing the disruption.Furthermore,the bulk of economic production model can be implemented to determine the optimal production and to enable the set up of secure libraries.EPQ management and the application of PDCA circulation method can be used for product quality control.The application of KH can help with continuous process improvement.The enhancement of product quality control can to eager employees to participant,in the product quality management activities.The 5S management can be utilized to develop the production site,the production quality of the employee,work efficiency,internal logistics,and reduce the unnecessary operation and cost,etc.Through continuous exposure to problems found in production management process,we analyze problems,problems in the continuous improvement process,on the one hand to improve the team management ability to find and solve problems,improve management efficiency,on the other hand,the problem of improving and solving,reduce waste in the production process,reduce production costs and improve the KH company’s overall profitability.
