| With the progress of economic globalization,firms confront great competition while the world economy is highly integrated.If enterprises seek to have long-term development,they must cultivate solid internal strength.It requires higher performance on production management of enterprises.Only firms are more simplified,more efficient,safer,more eco-friendly as well as they can lower the cost and reduce waste,can they achieve high-quality production;therefore,they can be more competitiveness.As a well-known beer company in China,HR Beer Group is committed to becoming a “world-class beer company”.In order to realize this vision,it must be supported by “world-class beer production”.Although the group has been deeply involved in the beer industry for many years,it is hard to set up a “world-class beer production management model”.Since 2015,HR Beer Group has used X Beer Factory as a pilot plant to integrate various elements of beer production management and create a production management system that belongs to HR Beer Group.Among production managements,on-site management occupies a significant position.On-site management is an important basis and direct reflection of production management.It is the main battlefield of production management.The level of on-site management can largely determine the achievable height of production management.5S management,as a popular field management mode in the world,has a positive influence on improving and enhancing the management level of production sites.This article takes the X beer factory as the research object,and it bases on the site management theory and research results of the predecessors.Using system data analysis and investigation methods as well as other methods,it analyses and researches on the X beer factory’s site Management problems in detail.Based on the “man,machine,materials,method,environment” aspects,the existing problems are summarized,and the adverse effects of the problems on achieving production management objectives are analyzed.Regarding to these problems,the literature research method and other methods are used to study the concept and management tools of 5S management,and further analyzes the applicability of 5S management in solving on-site management problems of X beer factory.According to the research conclusions of applicability,the 5S management implementation plan was formulated.Combined with the production management characteristics of X beer factory,the implementation and integration of 5S management in X beer factory was promoted by PDCA.At the end of the article,it systematically shows the results of the implementation of 5S management for the X beer factory over the past two years(2016-2017).Using quantitative and qualitative assessment,compared with the implementation of 5S management before and after the implementation of 5S management,X Beer Factory site management improvement situation is evaluated comprehensively.By the implementation of 5S management,the X Beer Factory has achieved significant improvements in the scientific and standardized aspects of on-site management.5S management is a management science that is easy to get started but difficult to be proficient.Although there is no deep theoretical knowledge,it still needs to master certain skills during the implementation.Through the research of this article,it is hoped that some references and help can be given to the same industry or related enterprises regarding to on-sight management. |
