Through analyzing quality management actuality of Qiment Co. and the quality management problems and reasons of PFE product, discover weaknesses of quality management, research the countermeasures. This will facilitate the overall quality management system to come into being really effective in the company. Improving product quality through the quality management improvement, lower costs of product, and increase efficiency of the society in the end. The company not only having high technology products, but also be a first-class enterprise in management.Based on strategic and operational management theory and quality management theory. Research methods include : PDCA recurrence principles, SPC statistical process control, DOE experimental of designs and MSA measurement systems analysis, etc.Analyzing from supplier, process of manufacture, design and development, measure system,bring forward improvement measure respectively.(1) Through the study of supplier quality control, proposed to classified management the supplier. The supplier is divided into three categories in accordance with importance the suppliers provided raw materials, using different methods of management to manage them.
