Research On Performance Management Of Software R & D Person In C Company

With the growing number of software companies and foreign software companies impact on the domestic industry, the competition is increasingly fierce software development companies. In order to meet the challenges of escalating, C Company is committed to providing the highest quality of e-government solutions. However, due to inadequate performance management system, resulting in increased sense of injustice staff work actively reduced. In order to solve the problems currently encountered in C company must establish a sound performance management system for the C corporatio.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the literature on the basis of domestic software developers on performance management, in-depth analysis of the C’s existing performance management system and the problems it causes. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of C’s software R&D personnel, the paper re-designed a complete software development company for C staff performance management system.
