The real estate industry has a high risk, high gain characteristics, however, due tothe overall level of risk management research is not high, and most of the enterprises isnot enough emphasis on risk management, risk management led to the real estateindustry weak sense. At present, China’s real estate developers and decision-makingstage of preliminary investigation investment projects only cursory analysis ofsubjective experience, very few systematic quantitative risk calculation, evaluation andcomprehensive analysis, the lack of a sound risk management system.Based on the characteristics of the real estate development progress of the project,its implementation will be divided into four stages: the investment decision-makingstage, early stage, construction stage and the rental stage. Proposed risk identificationfor each stage of development, risk assessment, risk response measures and risk controlmeans the entire process of risk management research. Risk management for theprotection of the smooth implementation of the project the whole process of riskmanagement safeguards. Finally, I hope the maximum reduction in project risk, in orderto achieve the goal of maximizing corporate interests.
