Research On Community Participation Mechanism Of Rural Tourism Planning

In recent years, The country vigorously support the development of rural tourism,so the rural tourism become a fashion and a hot spot.The rapid development of ruraltourism, caused the scholars attention to the problems of rural tourism sustainable.Then the concept of community participation is put forward and a wide range ofapplications. Community as the main body of the rural tourism development, shouldbe the first spokenman in rural tourism development, in practice, however, thecommunity is in the edge of the role, how to increase the voice of community intourism development, has become a focus.To change the community disadvantage,should be from the first step of the tourism development planning stage tocommunity participation, only in this way can protection of their rights.He nan is inthe rural tourism development, the study of mechanism of community involvement inplanning, not only enrich the theory of community participation, but also can providesome guidance for he nan rural tourism development. On this basis, this paperanalyses the lack of community participation in tourism planning, construct the mainframework of this study.In this paper, by adopting the combination of normativeanalysis and empirical analysis research methods, through the combing of theliterature of domestic and foreign rural tourism community participation, to thesustainable development theory, stakeholder theory and social representation theory,community tourism strategy as the instruction, to define the concept of rural tourismplanning. On the status quo of community participation in rural tourism planning,influence factors, subject, forms of participation and participation stage has carried onthe comprehensive analysis of the theory of rural tourism planning is put forwardbased on which the model of the mechanism of community participation. In order tofurther research, this article selects the zheng zhou ying tao gou scenic spot forempirical research. Cases by the method of questionnaire survey and depth interview,field investigation, analysis of the current be status quo of community participation inrural tourism planning, and on this basis from the influencing factors, communityparticipation main body, the Angle of community participation form and so on bemechanism of community participation in rural tourism planning model for the optimization.Finally put forward to realize effective participation in communityplanning, become the real beneficiaries must be able to pay attention to the localresidents’ demands, truly, truly, let residents participation, selected from within thecommunity on behalf of the organization, let the community have some chips etc.
