In this thesis, with the accumulation of IT operation and maintenance for many years engaged in the work, I connect my experience with control theory of risk and IT service management theory, and all kinds of risk that faced in foreign exchange trading system, the detailed analysis will tell you that the subjective theory of five aspects in the current foreign exchange risk management system, they are hardware risk, software risk, operation risk, the risk of technical support and information security risk. The loss of risk in fault of Hardware and Software can be reduced through Dual Strategy, while the risk of operation should be reduced via adding Review Operation and Rollback Operation, also we can strengthen management and Service awareness to control the frequency of the risk of technical support to customer. Last but not least, we use firewall, antivirus software and the means of strengthening the safety management to protect information security.In order to further improve the quality of risk management, provide the availability of systems, this article continues to combine the ITIL incident management and change management, analysis the operational risk from event itself and the change link deeply, and put forward solutions. Firstly, the risk of normal and emergency operation can be reduced by strengthen the collection of event information, the escalation of the incident and improving the monitoring. Secondly, the impact of change risk can be reduced though the establishment of the change advisory board. CAB will approve changes and to assist change management in the assessment and prioritisation of changes. Thirdly, to reduce the risk of customer complaints, we should provide different service to different customers through the service level agreements. That can make higher efficiency and lower complaint. And like the incident management, the escalation of the service incident also can reduce the risk and improving the service satisfaction.
