Community Development And Community - Based Development Of County - Level TV Stations

As the main body of the county area media, County Television Station has been trapped in operation with the changeful policy and industry competition. Its existence has been questioned. In the process of urbanization, community construction now is carry on. The rise of civic consciousness and democratic ideas has leading to the high requirement of information dissemination in area. Facing the dilemma of County TV Station and further demand of regional audience, transformation of County TV Station is extremely urgent.In recent years, some of the County TV Stations present the trend of democratization, regionalization and service-oriented, which put the communitization on the agenda. Considering the development of community television in foreign country, this paper analyzing the environment of political, economic, society and technology of County Televison and studying on the contents of its production. Starting from analyzing the element of communication, writer trying to discuss the path of communitization development, and serve as a reference for the transformation of County TV Station.In this paper, writer analyzing the environment of Community TV Station and believes that under the background of the community construction, County TV station shows the opportunity to transform while there are still some obstructions in political, social environment and law, which should be considering carefully.
