Analysis And Design Of Enterprise Staff Card Management Information System

Along with continuously enlarging plant scale of enterprise, the increasing number of employees, the data of Business Management is also increasing. Using artificial processing management data is becoming more and more difficult, and daily management of the project is not associated with each other that result in resource cost. But the usual meaning of common card is just a card in a variety of purposes, which is not having administrative functions. Therefore, the development of a information management system of workers has enterprise value, that not only a multi-purpose card, but also use for daily management.This thesis combines practical work, discussing the researching significance on information management system of workers, and is a study about system analysis and design with UML(unified modeling language).The information management system of workers carried out detailed need analysis, including four aspects of business requirements, functional requirements.data requirements and non-functional requirements. By means of operation flow chart, use-case diagram, conceptual class diagram of the concepts described in the use cases. In the design of system, this thesis is divided into two to aspects of the overall and functional design, and including staff information management, employee card management, application management, audit management, card application, consumption management, access management, attendanc emanagement, parking management, credit card equipment management, statistical management, access authorization management and system management. And give each functional module design of package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and processing flow chart.lt analyzes the detail of system design and I have design E-R diagram and database table structure in some detail. The thesis finally summarizes the design content, points out the shortcomings of this thesis, and the future work is prospected.
