Educational informationalization of higher college is the important foundation of the national information construction.The traditional college associations management can’t meet demand of present college college associations management with the arrival of the information age. The Education level of Guizhou city vocational college is higher vocational college at present.There are about10000students and two campus——Huaxi Hongyuan road campus and Huaxi university campus.Guizhou city vocational college is the earliest private higher college of Guizhou.At present Information management tools of the college is relatively lagging. The query and statistic are inconvenient. So the college is in a pressing need to solve the problem of information management.The writer studies and analyzes the students associations management system of Guizhou city vocational college combined with his knowledge, his work and the actuality of the College.
