With the rapid development of information technology, how to use information technology to improve the efficiency of medical institutions, service quality and patient satisfaction, is the subject of hospitals have been thinking and research. Hospital charge management system have played a crucial role in the hospital business management. It’s an important part of medical quality standardization management. And it’s the embodiment of the medical system more scientific, institutionalization and standardization. Whether the hospital charge management system is in accordance with the modern standard, directly related to the hospital’s image and reputation, is an important starting point for hospital management.At present, the existing hospital charge management system of Taizhou Central Hospital has the problems of single function, imperfect data and low running efficiency. It has been difficult to meet the needs of the operation and development of hospital business at this stage.In order to improve quality of service and work efficiency, rebuild a hospital charge management system has become a top priority. Aiming at these problems, this paper research and analysis on charge management system of Taizhou central hospital. It guarantee the data the accuracy and validity. Else, it can effectively improve work efficiency, enhance the effectiveness of the work of the hospital business management, and make the medical information management standardization and scientific.This paper introduces the research background hospital charges management system, discusses the related research and application of systems, and the key point of the system design were analyzed in detail. Then, the central Taiwan city hospital for a business analysis, and systems involved in the operations in the service description and process analysis. Then, the system underwent comprehensive functional analysis, including the role of analysis and functional analysis. Finally, the implementation of a data analysis system designed thumbnails of each functional module design, and completed an analysis of the relationship between the entity classes. Finally, this paper summarizes the research project, proposed future work directions.
