Design And Implementation Of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Comprehensive Charge System

In order to release social functions from state-owned enterprises,solve historical issues,and effectively reduce the burden on enterprises,the Petrochina Lanzhou Petrochemical Compony Mining Services Division actively coordinates company resources and focuses on the reform of the management of community civil water,electricity and heating,property management fees and digital TV charge task.A comprehensive integration platform is implemented to achieve charge management,maintain hardware equipments,integrate system data,and manage housing information and personnel information.The platform,Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Comprehensive Charge System,also establiahs business standardization and solves the realistic problem.This paper mainly describes the successful development oft system.It fully analyzes the Petrochina Lanzhou Petrochemical Compony residential property management status and problems,and puts forward the design objectives and tasks of the subject.According to the software engineering standard,the system requirement analysis,system design and system implementation are completed.This system realizes the integration with hydropower remote collection system,digital TV operation support system and power card system,and achieve the collection function of water charges,electricity charges,heating fee,television fees,property fees,health fees,etc.This system is based on B/S three layer structure employing ASP.NET,Web Service and Oracle11 g.The system has strong adaptability,maintainability,scalability,friendly interface and simple operation.
