At present, parking problem of cities is due to the current car ownership soared. How to effectively use the limited parking resources is the key to solving the current parking problems. With the popularity of Internet technology and mobile applications, the use of mobile phone APP system to sharing of parking resources is a major trend in the current business park development. This paper introduces the background, "e-Park" parking APP system, meaning the project, analyzes the current status of research and application of the parking system, defined the content and the main thesis, namely the use of object-oriented modeling technology analyze and build parking APP system.With an object-oriented Approach, this thesis starts with the detailed analyses of processing requirements, functional requirements and data needs of physical education management system. Then, in accordance with the UML modeling, flow charts are drawn to illustrate the process of parking management, parking space rental, information access, riders in chat, online services and personal center. Also, case diagrams are drawn to display subsystems of these procedures, and package diagrams are used to describe the organizational structure among these different modules. Finally, concept diagrams, functional thumbnails and entity relationship diagrams are used for data analysis, and the structure of database in the system is explicitly designed.The system is designed to take advantage of the current convenient phone APP to enhance the user experience and efficiency of parking, parking management in order to achieve personal humanity, standardization and information.
