Research And Analysis On Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System Of Students In Kunming Metallurgy College

The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is an important part of higher vocational talents training work, is one of the hot issues in the higher vocational college. It is not only the one of the basic conditions for students to vote for all kinds of honorary titles and various scholarships assessment, but also an important basis to join the party and the employment of graduated. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the original manual student evaluation method can not accord with the needs of the development of the times. So it is very meaningful and necessary to analyze and study a set of such evaluation system by use of computer technology.This system is modeled on Kunming Metallurgy College students evaluation work, combined with Vocational and Technical College students characteristics and my working experience, starting from the University’s student evaluation management work business content, on the basis of analysis present problems and the evaluation index weights and quantitative criteria to integrate and optimize of the existing business processes. In order to clarify the system function, author has using case diagram and description which based on the actual needs of evaluation system settings and evaluation results management. Through in-depth analysis the function of the module in this system such as the basic information management module, assessment system management module, students’ comprehensive quality evaluation score management module and system management module four modules, gives the entity class diagram, and also according to the relationship between the database of the main field and a plurality of database establishes database table structure.In summary, this paper had complete analyzed and studied the higher vocational college students’ comprehensive quality evaluation system, it was accord with the basic needs of the student evaluation work, it was initially built the students comprehensive quality evaluation information system which not only can operate on the Internet but also can finish the evaluation work on the Internet for teachers and students. The system can automatic analyze, compute, add up, manage and rank accurate and quickly according to the submitted by the learning achievement and the information skills and the daily performance information of students, it also can provide online different conditions query according to user’s permissions. So that Kunming Metallurgy College students management work will become more scientific and standardized such as reducing manual intervention, reducing the error rate, improving work efficiency, reducing resources, more security and greatly enhanced the system’s practical application.
