Basic function：to college students’ information data input module， systemmaintenance module，the data backup and event record module，feedback theinformation input module，college students’ achievements calculation module，dataquery and printed output module etc，with college students’ achievements calculationmodule，data query，print output module and feedback the information input moduleis this system key module.This thesis mainly discusses the evaluation system of college students’ integratedqualities the design thoughts and basic structure， according to the actual demand forcollege students，and information，college students grades，data security for carefullyfunction analysis and demand analysis. According to the results of the analysis of themanagement system，the function of frame structure and module design， and give afew function module interface design，process design.
