Use Case Analysis Model Research And Application Centered By Business Process Engineering

The software requirement elicitation is extreme important in the softwaredevelopment process, but along with the economy globalization tide's expanding, itimpacts our old enterprises' management model, and it compels their model to change.Nowadays, the enterprise's management model has changed from based on the functionmanagement to based on the business process management, from the core of enterpriseitself to the core of the customs. This change brings difficultness to build the applicationsystems, especially to the software requirement elicitation. The traditional method ofsoftware requirement elicitation can not adapt to the changed management model. Sosearching for a new method of software requirement elicitation is greatly valuable. Firstly, researches the two enterprise management model, and finds the advantages ofthe management model based on business process, then focuses on the Use Case drivenmodel technology. In the end, establish the Use Case Model centered by the businessprocess management. In the course of research, the business process is divided to four levels because ofdifference from their effect scopes, the four levels are Organization level System levelSubsystem level Object level. By the landscape orientation and the uprightnessorientation, the business process is mapped into the relevant Use Case Model. For the UseCase don't care how to achieve the modules and objects, in this Use Case Model, the UseCase has only three levels, such as Organization level Use Case Model, System Use CaseModel, Subsystem Use Case Model. In addition the business persons or other systemscome into being the Actor Model. The Use Case Model centered by business process Management presented in thepaper has got successful application in the requirement elicitation of EAS internationaltransportation Call Center.
