Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Multimedia Classroom Rental In Lijiang Teachers' College

With the rapid development of computer technology, computer technology primarily the informationization tide changed people’s life, especially the management mode in colleges and universities. However, the traditional labor-based administration is inevitably deficient concerning the inconvenience in multimedia classroom booking, the conflicting using time and delay in renting procedures, etc. In order to simplify the renting procedures, improve the working efficiency, and reduce the workload of the staffs in Teaching Service Center, it is necessary to make information construction for the multimedia classroom renting system.Based on the practical needs of the staffs in Teaching Service Center in Lijiang Teachers College, this article designs of a informationized multimedia classroom renting management system after analyzing the shortages of the previous system. And It also contributes to the corresponding improvements, offering an objective, accurate and efficient manage system, meanwhile to achieve the scientification and nomalization in school administration.At the very beginning, this article specifies its content range and the major tasks based on the practical needs, related studies and its significance. Then it moves to the detailed analysis of renting system in three level:the operation analysis reconstructs the work flow after identifying the problems in the old management procedures, the organization structure and the work flow. The reconstruction operation includes the management of appointment, contract, expanse, default, cancellation, rent arrangement and some basic data; the functional analysis, based on case analyses and case descriptions, establishes the major functions for the management system and provides its overall function package diagram as well as its sub-functional package diagrams; the data analysis depicts the entity relationship diagram and the database table structure in line with the data to be processed by each sub function in the system. Finally, this article ends up with a summary of the present study and some predictions toward future exploration.
