Research On Social Software User Experience Design Of Mobile Terminal

Socializing has become a hot spot of mobile Internet in 2015. Meanwhile, with the design tide about mobile social software, It bring about a variety of social software and give users a brilliant experience. At this point, excellent user experience design has become a powerful bargaining chip to obtain success of mobile social software innovator in the fierce market competition invincible.From the two core of user experience- "User" and "usage scenarios", I analyze and study the design method of mobile terminal social software. First, I comb theory horizontally and verticalily, about the advantages and limitations of the mobile terminal, the concept and property classification of mobile social software, the concepts and principles of user experience design, and I analyse theory and design method of the "user" and "context of use" detailly. Then, with the method of qualitative analysis, I observe and analyse the mobile social networking user’s social goals, the mobile social situation, the social behavior under pecific situation and the related factors affecting mobile social experience. On this basis, I summarize the user needs and user experience model of mobile terminal social software, and propose user experience design process based on the usage scenarios for mobile terminal social software. Finally, I do a user experience design practical projects -"play Cup" strange social software, and I verify the theory that putted forward in front of the author through usability testing.Research topic is a supplement for the "user experience design of mobile terminal social software", it has no special research for this area currently. However, the working of mobile social networking and user experience have developped widly in the Internet industry, this article will further exploring and improving.
