With the rise of national fitness and rapid increase of smartphone users,smartphone APPs have been integrated into public life from aspects of basic necessities of life.Meanwhile,sports APP focusing on exercise becomes prevalent,and “Internet + sport” has become the most “fashionable” mode of exercise.Basing on itself mobile portability,and the different advantages of the social APP and sports APP,smartphone not only serves and meets the diversified demands of mass fitness but also brings physical and mental fitness experience to sport participants.In the theoretical level,the most worthwhile study is how to apply communication theory into analysis and research of smartphone “media”;in the level of practical significance,the most worthwhile study is to how to optimize the function and application of the APPs,and to maximize the exercises experience from social APP and sports APP on smartphone.By using basic communication theories including intrapersonal,interpersonal,group communication and use-and-satisfaction theories etc.combining contents of sport communication and smartphone “media” communication,taking the social and fitness experience of smartphone APPs as the study object and the five cycling sports groups of Beijing as samples,applying the methods of document literature,questionnaire,participatory observation and expert interview,this article analyzes how the smartphone sports APP plays its professional service function in cycling,and making cyclers get maximum physical fitness experience,and how the smartphone social APP plays auxiliary function before and after cycling,and maintains motion inertia and makes cyclers experience fitness sport from mental aspect,as well as how the social APP and sports APP interact well with each other to maintain the integrity of the exercise process and improve the experience of the whole exercise.Research findings:(1)the smartphone social APP can promote the participant to take part in fitness and share experience,which is reflected in “inviting” before the exercise and “showing” after the exercise,thus promoting fitness experience from mental aspect;(2)the promotion of sports APP is reflected “during the sport”;its comprehensive and intelligent function such as records and feedbacks can coordinate users to feel and experience of riding sport better from physical aspect;(3)with its own mobility,portability,and interactivity,and the functions of social APP and sports APP,smartphone provides complete service for fitness participants before,during,and after the exercise;meanwhile,these two kinds of APPs interact with each other during the service,thus making participants get better fitness experience.Basing on the research,the article also puts forward the following suggestions:(1)the upgrading of social APP in the future will integrate the concept and function of “sports socializing” to make diversified socializing directions;(2)sports APP will be more ultimate in experience of man-machine interaction;(3)efforts shall be made to make social APP and sports APP connected intelligently and optimize the application and experience of such Apps.
