Research And Analysis On The Document Management Information System Of Yongsheng County People 's Government

With the advance of the information construction of government organization, government has in two aspects were more application of information technology, the hand is specific business digital, on the one hand is the circulation of official document based daily office informatization. Along with the development of the work, mainly government electronic information and data to structured data and unstructured document database, apart from these data, such as audio, video, data and other electronic documents no standardized management. Standardization and electronic management measures and means modernization improves the file information management level, enhance the file management of real-time, efficiency and convenience, provide modern information support for the government office. Thus it can be seen that the construction of a modern document management system has become a development trend. Therefore, in the government organs or enterprises and institutions, to build a centralized, information and unified management of the document is particularly important.This thesis described the research and design of Yongsheng County People’s government office file management information system, including the background of the project of the research, the significance of the project, the research, detailed design process of the research and the analysis of the status of the use of the file management information system and the future prospect analysis.This thesis first introduced research status organs background document management system, the significance of research and applications. Secondly, through business analysis and we found that the problems existing business, combined with the existing situation to optimize business processes. Again in the functional analysis phase, the paper describes the role of analysis through cases and package diagrams using the system overall functional description and a detailed description of each function items, including basic data management, document issued a document management, document receipt management, file transfer management, file archive management, file management statistics, file search management, information systems management and infrastructure management; data analysis phase, the system introduces the data needed to analyze, draw the data entity class diagram constructed system required data table structure; the final line of research done by the system summarize, for the latter part of the project and improve the system in the future.
