| With the development of information technologies, the traditional way of document flow is no longer sufficient. In order to achieve modernization of the office work, integrating information resource, and supporting more scientific decision-making, an enterprise should establish companywide electronic documents mangement system(OA).This thesis firstly discussed the key technologies involved in system implementation and platform, including workflow technology, B/S framework, ASP.Net, SQL Server2005, etc Based on analyzing the types of enterprise document management, general business processes, special processes typical, this thesis made in-depth analysis of enterprises differences and changes in electronic document elements, and then abstract the business model of electronic documents. The model can completely define standard business processes (including issue/receipt business documents, meeting minutes, presentation type, and other reports etc.). The model can also be configured to perform a specific business processes to meet the needs of different enterprises, different types, different levels of operational requirements document processing unit.This thesis used mature and advanced software platform of Microsoft, analyzed and designed automatic document processing, including paper issue and receipt. The other main features include document drafting, issued documents management, to do list, done list, commission documents, process monitoring, and custom categories. A large number of experiments verified the functionality and performance of the system. By experimental results and practical application, using electronic document management system can improve the efficiency of document management. It had a application value. This thesis achieved following results: 1. Analyzed the general characteristics of the document, and abstracted the key elements of document processing;2. Constructed XML-based process definition language description structure, and established the process of processors based on the structure;3. Defined the implementation of the system to promote configurable language, designed and implemented the system management functions.This thesis achieved good application effect. The OA system enhanced collaboration between the upper and lower levels, such as the approval conditions issued, up to the higher authorities the information fast delivery, real-time processing. The system also improved efficiency and quality, and standardized work procedures. Using the system, company can Improve business operations management, maximize benefits, reduce management costs, improve service value, and promote enterprise electronic document management process automation. |
