Research For Secure Management Of Electronic Document In Enterprise Information Integrated Platform

Modern enterprises have exploited latest computer technology, information technology, network technology to build up an enterprise information integrated platform. On this platform, there are all kinds of documents that contain sensitive information. How to guarantee these electronic documents security and secrecy,prevent the important files from being propagated illegally, and let the electronic documents be used rationally and electively by legal people, is the urgent problem of every enterprise needed to be solved. This paper studies deep into the issues of electronic documents management, develops a new system that sorts the electronic documents by their own categories, stores and manages them within the framework of database system, accesses them through privilege granting mechanism, transfers them after encryption and compression process. Through this way the goal of dynamic share, convenient enquiry, and a formidable security is achieved.
