Research On Mobile Library Service Strategy Based On User Information Behavior

Because of its convenience and practicality, the mobile library has received the favor of the users, especially in today’s highly developed and economically prosperous society. Users can not be space, time constraints, the use of mobile devices at any time and place, through the connection of wireless networks, access to the library and access to the information they need. As the ultimate object of service, users according to their own habits, preferences using the mobile library, the use of their information to provide their own information.With China’s rapid economic development, the continuous development of Internet technology, the information needs of users satisfied to meet the standards, information behavior habits have taken place in the earth shaking changes, users not only meet the existing services. From the contents of information needs, users hope to get more comprehensive and accurate information; from the point of view of the information needs of the time, users want to in the shortest possible time to best meet their demand of information; from the point of view of the information needs, users want to spend the least amount of effort, directly select the correct information. The continuous development of mobile library to keep up with the needs of users, only to meet the user’s requirements, to provide users with the most satisfactory service, mobile library can be regarded as a competent service. The author starts from the user information behavior, using literature and data access to relevant information, from five aspects to understand the whole process of the user information behavior. And using the method of questionnaire survey, the Municipal Research of mobile library’s user information behavior is carried out, and finally the service of mobile library is proposed.
