| 《Flowering chaidamu》 journal is the earliest and most affected literary quarterly in Qinghai-tibet platean. Its left to publicity Hai xi prefecture of Qinghai province department of management. And the organizer is hai xi wreters assaation of prefecture of Qinghai province. Its own editorial offices responsible to editing and publish this journal.and Qinghai daily is responsibie for printing of it.This works analisis based on flowering chaidamu and we focus on four parts:its history, repertoires,characteristic,management status, and put forward a proposal.This article includes three parts, troduction,test cfrom,chapter one to chapter three,and condusion. The introduction elaborated the reason, purpose, significance, and the status of researches of this topic. Chapter1 of the text mainly elaborated and confessed the origin and development situation of the journai. chapter 2 mainly explored the characteristics of the contents and forms of the journal chapter3 expounded the insufficiencies of the process of achievement and put porward some suggestions to future development of the jornal.
