As the fast increasing number of network devices and expanding access points of network, people’s life is filled up with internet everywhere. However, begin as a simple transmit tunnel, designer of Internet has never thought about its development and requirement today. Internet’s inherited drawbacks become obvious and limit further development. This paper, based on Service-Oriented Future Internet Architecture (SOFIA), proposes an algorithm for replica placement and storage management. To make full use of computation and storage on service nodes, this algorithm helps to push service to closer place to the clients, shortens service response time and improves the Quality of Service (QoS).Based on present research, this paper starts from SOFIA, and introduced its principle and he present research of replica storage technique. This will provide the theoretical basis for our research. At the same time, the storage space adjust algorithm for Service-Oriented Future Internet Architecture is introduced with detailed steps and configure parameters. And then simulation results are given to prove the correctness and efficiency of storage space adjust algorithm.This paper has following innovation ideas:(1) based on the computation and storage ability on service nodes, proposes a storage management algorithm. Present research uses fixed and pre-defined storage which makes uneven allocation of storage and low storage usage. This algorithm manages the limited storage space on service nodes and gives more space to nodes that need more space and improves storage usage.(2) combined with Software-Defined Network (SDN), we discuss the major research directions of future network, analyze the performance of the algorithm and give the function modules to realize this storage adjust algorithm.
