As an important part of the university teaching practice, experiment teaching’s running condition is related to the teaching quality directly. While the promoting of school-running and laboratory standards, the traditional methods which is based on manual management for experiment information and courses can not match up with the large amount of management requirements anymore. The complex management processes not only consume the energy of related managers and professors, but also will make problems such as limiting the information’s delivery, making mistakes in the information, and so on. Through the designing of experiment information management system, it is much more easy to ravel out the process of experiment information management in order to reduce the workload for the related managers and professors, promote the standard of laboratory information management, and promote the enhance for college management standard.This thesis searches the main process and operation method of the current college’s experimental information management, combines with foundations of Software Engineering, chooses JAVAEE as platform and B/S as framework, to build up an experimental information management system which is based on WEB. The Mysql and Spring are used to realize MVC model in order to make the system more easy to maintain and extend. The front-end development uses Bootstrap to realize responsive page design and.uses Bootstrap IE 6 compatible versions to make it compatible in more versions. Using AJAX through Jquery to load page data’s dynamic condition and decrease page refresh times, in order to realize a better user experience.The whole system is mainly divided into 5 parts, they are user information management, teaching programme information management, academic calendar information management, experimental curriculum information management and basic information management. The system uses setting the user role and jurisdiction to realize the differences of user’s management function. The professors can make experimental teaching requirements, apply for the lab and arrange the experiment process according to the academic calendar. The managers can check experimental teaching information and maintain the basic lab information, configuration lab class schedule and manage the experimental teaching progress.This system’s design and realization has achieved the goal of experiment information’s informatization and platformization management to match with the requirements of college teaching management, which has high practical value. While using this system, the experiment teaching process management’s platformization and standardization management has realized, which improves the drawbacks of traditional management method. The system’s function becomes concise which is easy to use and improve the efficiency after using WEB design and Front End to enrich WEB page features. This system’s actual use is warmly welcomed and approved by the professors and managers.
