The Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Hunan International Economics University

The responsibilities of Hunan International Economics University include: summary, reports, other relevant important documents and important activities. It is also responsible for the arrangements of all kinds of meetings, such as group meeting and department meeting, and managing the files and documents between the departments. In addition, it should coordinate the activities for each department and relative work, organize the files, and direct the daily work for each department. According to the current situation, the existing system can't deal with these requests, which means the current management mode should be improved and modified. To deal with these problems, Hunan International Economics University developed a information management system, which is based on several computer techniques and the actual situation of this university. The contribution of this system is that it improves the management efficiency.This paper describes how to use computer technology to meet the requests of Hunan International Economics University. First this paper introduced the background and situation of Hunan International Economics University and analyzed the business requests in detail. Then all the necessary functions ardisplay part. all the modules will be illustrated in this paper.In this paper, the information management system for Hunan International Economics University includes six major modules. Information management module is used to maintain the information, through whe designed. In the next step, the system was divided into several parts, each of which is designed and implemented. At last, we draw a conclusion about the system, such as the availability and efficiency. This system is based on Java platform and several other techniques such as Struts, Hibernate and Spring. This system includes several important parts:core algorithm, business logic and ich the staff can coordinate all the information. Office and conference management supports the arrangement of all the meetings including group meeting and department meeting. Public resource management is responsible for the allocation of all the tools, such as public boards, message boards. Information and maintenance module is used to maintain and send notices, through which people can share information. Additional functions management records the extra work for each staff. This function makes the daily work more comprehensive. System setting is mainly used for the internal information maintenance, coordinates all the modules and make sure they work well together.System is currently in use. According to the feedback, this system works well and is helpful to improve the overall efficiency, reduce the intensity of work and enhance the overall management. In conclusion, this system plays a key role in information management system for Hunan International Economics University.
