The Design And Implementation Of Printing Network Information Management System Of A Press And Publication Bureau

With the rise of the concept of "Internet +" and the continuous progress of technology,Internet technology has brought disruptive effects on our lives and working methods.In particular,the country to vigorously promote the policy of "Internet +".Based on the network management system for government,continue to grow and develop,and has become an important part of modern government services and management.This paper aims at how to strengthen the supervision and management of printing enterprises and publications for the Press and Publication Bureau,designed a press release printing network information management system.The system provides a new and effective regulatory system to strengthen the supervision and management of the printing industry.It is beneficial to the press and Publication Bureau to visually control all kinds of printing enterprises and publications.It also plays a role in combating illegal printing.The main work and contributions of this thesis are four-folded:(1)This paper introduces the Java EE platform framework,MVC design pattern,WebWork,Spring,Hibernate,and other technical framework and real-time video monitoring technology.And on this basis,it proposes a printing network information management system of the Press and Publication Bureau.(2)This paper analyzes the functional requirements of printing network information management system,and gives the detailed demand analysis according to the supervision content and the process of the printing enterprise.(3)The paper designs the function modules of the printing network information management system,which consists of four functional modules: the enterprise information management module,the approval report management module,the real-time monitoring module and the system function module.(4)Based on the Java EE platform,the printing network information management system is realized by MVC design pattern,WebWork,Spring,Hibernate and real-time video monitoring.The functional modules of the information management system are tested.The test results show that,the printing network information management system can carry out effective supervision and management of printing enterprises.This design and development of the printing network information management system provides a more convenient way of statistics,more comprehensive information and effective regulatory system.It has strengthened the supervision of the printing industry.It has improved office efficiency for the Press and Publication Bureau,and saved the printing business hours.In the actual operation can achieve good results,has a very good application value.
