Based On The Spring Framework Of The Design And Implementation Of Medical Insurance Management Information System

In recent years, in order to further improve China’s basic medical insurance system, establish and improve the lot-level medical security system to deal with medical problems of the residents, the State Department of Labor and Social Security to vigorously promote the basic medical insurance. As China’s basic medical insurance system for the construction, the daily businesses in the medical insurance increase by the large account and the traditional manual approach has been unable to adapt to existing business needs. In order to ensure that the existing health insurance businesses have a good start and achieve efficient, accurate and rapid management of business processes and improve health insurance technical level, need to management the medical insurance business by the information explosion process and evolve a unified and efficient resident medical insurance information management system. Using the framework in the software development can reuse a lot of basic code, reduce development costs, access to good technical support, has significant technical advantages and economic benefits. Therefore, building a resident medical insurance information management system on the Spring Framework is the main content and significance of this thesis. This system base on object oriented method and B/S 3-tier architecture. In the best choice of framework, compare the advantages and disadvantages of t five major MVC Framework and select the Spring Framework as the system development framework. The Inversion of Control (IOC) principles of the Spring Framework ensure a loose coupling relationship between the various parts of the application. The Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP) supported by the Spring Framework enables to maintain a loosely coupled relationship between applications and the underlying application server platforms. Therefore, Development information management system based on the Spring Framework is efficient, safe, low cost and easy to manage. This article also details the implementation mechanism and processes about the IOC and AOP in the Spring Framework, in order to facilitate communication and promotion. This paper describes a resident’s medical insurance information management system development and implementation process. The system is based on the actual business situation of the resident’s medical insurance system and designed to achieve the collection of medical insurance costs, insured institutions for business, on-site health care management, information management, insured, medical expenses settlement, drug inventory management, disease, catalog management, policy of maintenance, statistical query and other business functions. First analyze the specific software requirement by the UML Use case diagram, and design the complete system architecture. Then introduce that how to divide it into three parts logically and use different techniques to achieve some specific features. Finally, the article discusses in details the design and implementation of sub-module of the medical insurance management information systems under the Spring Framework.
