As a new form of self-service library development,adapting to the modern needs of library extension service has become an inevitable requirement of the library in the future,it is an important part of public cultural service system.To carry out self-service library service user satisfaction survey is by exploring the law library services and features,designed based on LibQUAL+? self-service library user satisfaction improved model system to collect information about the work of the Library user services data,more comprehensive,more objective reflection of library service quality from the user’s point of view,by the findings of the statistical data and a comprehensive and integrated analysis of self-discovery in the library service advantages and disadvantages of self-collect user for library services true feelings and evaluate useful in determining the order of priorities and improvement strategies.For self-service library service problems and make recommendations to explore the satisfaction of users needs key,and tap new entry point for innovative services,in turn targeted information products and improve service quality,to further improve the user through the discovery of self-Books satisfaction museum services.
